Valuations

Document with Pen

We are able to provide a variety of valuation documents for different purposes. If you have a small number of pieces we will normally be able to complete these with 2 to 3 weeks, however we will need to book in the pieces for this time while we clean, photograph, weigh, grade and analyse your pieces. Any previous documents are useful and stone certficates, if applicable, will be needed. For larger numbers of pieces we recommend booking an appointment time so we are able to assess, advise and book in all relevant pieces.

We have skilled appraisers in-house, however we are not NAJ registered valuers which is an occassional stipulation so please check with your insurance provider. It is also helpful to know your single item threshold, so we can advise which items may or may not require documenting.

If you are in need of advice regarding what documentation you may need or if you would like an estimated verbal valuation, please feel free to drop in any time and we will help where we can. Below is a list of the type of documents we are able to provide:

- Full itemised valuation for insurance purposes

- Itemised or total value documents for probate

- Inspection letters or condition reports
