Covid-19 Update

We are fully open and ready to help with any enquiries. Please see the ‘Contact Us’ page to get in touch or 'Opening Hours' for our current opening times. 

Due to the size of our store, we are continuing to allow 1 customer or family group at a time. Our small specialist team are only able to serve 1 person at a time, so protect our customers we ask if you would kindly wait patiently outside. This means everyone gets our full attention, there is no close contact in our small space, and most importantly both our jewellery and your precious pieces are completely secure at all times.

For larger enquiries and bespoke design services we are pleased to offer 2 appointment times daily at 4pm or 4:30. This allows us the time to go through design ideas, remodelling options and take the measurements needed at your own pace. Please call, email or drop by to book a time that suits you. 

Watch batteries, straps and bracelet adjustments are now being booked in for approximately 2 days due to the demand for this service. 

We are open daily for any repairs, resizings and enquiries but if you would like to contact us in advance of your visit, please feel free to call and leave a message or email any details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
